For each picture, you will need 1 large image (preferably 400px wide) and 1 thumbnail image (preferably 100px wide)

Your images will need to be hosted on a web server or picture hosting server (see 'Free Image / Photo Hosts' on the right if you haven't already got hosting for your photos.
